If you just signed up, here's what you'll find and where, so the first ten minutes aren't spent hunting for settings.
Overview
The dashboard opens on three numbers that matter most day-to-day: documents indexed (and how many are ready to answer from), knowledge chunks (the indexed segments the chatbot actually retrieves from), and messages this month against your plan's limit. Below that, a 7-day chart shows message volume, so a spike or a dead week is visible at a glance instead of buried in analytics.
If any conversation has been escalated and is still waiting on a human, you'll see that flagged right at the top — it's the one thing on this page worth acting on immediately.
Document Sources
Where you connect Notion, Google Drive, or a website crawl, and where you manage auto-sync. Each source shows its status, document count, and last sync time, so a failed sync is visible before it becomes a stale chatbot answer.
Documents
The flat list of everything the chatbot can answer from, regardless of which source it came from — including anything uploaded directly as a PDF, DOCX, or Markdown file. You can search within a document, reprocess one that failed, or delete outdated content here.
Widget Settings
Everything that controls how the chat widget looks and behaves on your site — title, color, avatar, starter questions, fallback and escalation behavior — plus your embed snippet and API keys. See our widget customization guide for the full list.
Conversations
Every conversation the widget has had, including which ones were escalated to a human and why. This is also the fastest way to find real gaps in your documentation — a question the chatbot fell back on is a question your docs don't answer yet.
Analytics
Message volume, resolution rate, and trends over a longer window than the dashboard's 7-day chart — useful once you have enough conversation history to spot patterns rather than single-day noise.

That's the whole surface area. Log in to your dashboard and the fastest path from here is usually: connect a source, customize the widget, embed the snippet.
